HR Manager, Hamilton, North Lanarkshire

Location: Hamilton, North Lanarkshire

Requirement

We are looking for excellent organisational ability and strong communication skills. You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure.

You should hold an HR -related degree it would be an advantage to understand the Care sector, however, full training will be given.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the management team.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations)
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Carry out induction and support new staff members.
  • Deal with employee request regarding HR issues, rules, regulations
  • Professionally handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Support staff with company corporate policies and procedures

Requirement and Skills

  • Proven experience as an HR manager
  • Microsoft 365 knowledge
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong communication Skills
  • Continuously review HR best practices to improve efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience. Full time position Monday-Friday.
